St. Marys, OH - Otterbein St. Marys has officially broken ground on an expansion that will add 16 new independent living homes to its campus.
"We are thrilled to be expanding our independent living offerings to serve more seniors who are looking for an active, resort-style senior living community," said Stacy Klosterman, Director of Marketing at Otterbein St. Marys.
The new homes, coined The Voyage Collection, will offer upscale touches and modern, open-concept floor plans along with premium waterfront views. Homes are expected to be completed later in 2024.

About The Voyage Collection
The Voyage Collection will offer two different floor plans. These new homes will be unlike any other accommodations currently available on the campus. Modern furnishings and access to all of the amenities the campus has to offer will be very suitable for those looking to downsize or relocate to a premier senior living community.
“It has become evident, especially this year, that our SeniorLife Community continues in high demand for seniors that lead active lifestyles. Because of that demand and a growing waitlist, the board approved this expansion,” said Chuck Gamble, Otterbein St.Marys Board President.
The Voyage Collection homes will include both 1- and 2-bedroom layouts and are projected to be ready for new residents in the summer of 2024. Interested seniors are encouraged to reserve their new home before construction is completed, which will allow for customization options.
“It has been an exciting yet thorough process seeing our vision for the future of our community come to life. It is a true privilege to offer a life plan to seniors at various stages. Our residents are also excited for the opportunities that having new neighbors will bring,” said Klosterman.
